I'm being charged 14.75 euros every month. I've never purchased anything from MS and there is nothing in my order history. MS 'help' says it must be the banks issue as they can't find my credit card linked to an account. I've even changed my credit card but MS have charged me again this month using the new number. I'm told it's a bank issue by MS and an MS issue by the bank. All I know is MS are asking for the funds but can't tell me where they're allocating them to. Help please!

If you cannot locate the charges on your Microsoft account at all, it's possible that your credit card/payment method has been compromised. This means unauthorized charges may have been made on someone else's Microsoft account using your credit card.

In such a scenario, you should contact your credit card company/bank to open a dispute case. I am actually surprised that MS support told you they couldn't find an account associated with your credit card, because support doesn't have authority to look up other people's account based on credit card. They can only look up YOURS. That's related to the privacy policy. Microsoft is unable to directly investigate issues related to someone else's account if you contact their Billing Support directly. However, once a dispute case is initiated by your credit card company, Microsoft can then respond specifically to those claims through the dispute process with the credit card company. This is the appropriate channel to resolve such issues, as it ensures proper verification and handling of the unauthorized charges.
