How to reschedule an online AI-901 exam to offline (local test centre)?

I have scheduled an online AI-901 exam. However, for some reason, I have to switch to offline, but I cannot operate this from the Microsoft Learn website directly. It seems that I have to cancel the previous online schedule first (get refund), then go through the whole process to schedule an offline one. Is there an easier way?

Yes. Rescheduling is the easier path; a refund and full rebooking are not required.

Use the exam appointment in the Learn profile and reschedule it:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
4. Find the AI-901 exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule.
6. On the exam delivery provider site, choose a test center instead of online if that option is available.

If the test center option does not appear during rescheduling, contact Pearson VUE support to change the appointment.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time.
• If the change is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the exam fee is forfeited.
• From the Learn profile, exam actions are managed in one place, but the final change is completed on the exam delivery provider’s site.
