Hi soumyajeet kundu,
If your speakers work normally in Windows but the OnVUE system test still cannot detect them, the issue may be related to how the audio device is being presented to the application rather than a hardware problem.
Please try these steps:
- Open Control Panel > Sound > Playback.
- Select your speaker device and click Properties.
- Under the Advanced tab, uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device.
- Click Apply and restart the PC.
- Run the OnVUE system test again before opening any other apps that may use audio.
You can also temporarily disable any audio enhancement software provided by your device manufacturer, as these utilities can sometimes interfere with application-based audio checks.
Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
