I have been using MS Word for Mac for many years although now not supported - I use for basic letter etc

as its easy to use and i'm farmiliar with how to use, I have a monthly subscription to Microsoft which been paying for about 10 years or so

I cannot access my MS word or office / 365

The worst is I need to change my email address with MS and finding it very difficult to enable to use office / 365

Can anyone help an old technophobe please

Which error message do you see?

If the problem started Mid July, the cause might be that you are running an older version of macOS. You'll need at least macOS Monterey to run Office on your Mac. See https://support.microsoft.com/sv-se/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/update-m365-office-macos-ios.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you are unable to access Microsoft 365 on your device.

May I check and confirm on what is the macOS that is installed on your device?

Also, does your email still has the current subscription active when you go to account.microsoft.com/services?
