    Welcome Michael Bruno,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you can no longer access a website that you were previously able to access.

Before suggesting further steps, could you please clarify:

    • Does the issue occur in only one web browser, or in all browsers on the PC?
    • Are you able to access the same website from another device connected to the same network?

In the meantime, you can try these steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Option 1: Test the website in a private/incognito browser window

Option 2: Clear the browser cache and cookies

Open Edge > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear > Clear now

    • Restart the browser and test again

Option 3: Flush the DNS cache.

    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator
    • Run: ipconfig /flushdns

Option 4: Check the Windows hosts file.

    • Verify that the website's domain is not manually blocked or redirected

I hope the steps above help you deal with your issue.
