    Dear Mayank,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum. I understand that the GDAP relationship with your customer's tenant has expired, and currently no one is able to sign in to that tenant. Let me help point you toward the right recovery path. As a forum moderator, I genuinely wish I could directly access your account or delve into the backend systems to diagnose and fix this for you. However, my role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions that can be applied by users. If the GDAP relationship has expired and no one can sign in to the tenant, the recovery path depends on whether there is still an internal administrator associated with the tenant.

Scenario 1: Customer still has an administrator account

    Ask the customer to:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. Re-establish a GDAP relationship with your organization.
    3. Assign the required GDAP roles.

    This is the quickest solution.

Scenario 2: No administrator can access the tenant

If there are no Global Administrators who can authenticate, this becomes a tenant ownership recovery case.

You cannot regain access using only:

    • Tenant ID
    • Domain name
    • An expired GDAP relationship

Microsoft Support must verify ownership before granting access.

The customer (or the Partner of Record, if applicable) will need to open a support case with Microsoft and provide evidence such as:

    • Verified custom domain ownership
    • Business registration details
    • Subscription information
    • Billing information
    • Tenant ID
    • Proof of authorized ownership

Microsoft can then review options for administrative access recovery.

    Important note:

An expired GDAP relationship cannot be renewed unilaterally by the partner. A valid administrator in the customer tenant must approve a new GDAP invitation, or Microsoft must first help recover tenant administration access. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

I hope this information helps clarify the situation and provides you with a clear path forward. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to help. Have a wonderful day!
