Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

If you go to Settings (Win key + I) > Accounts, may I know if you see exact same accounts? If not, and your account isn't linked to Windows yet, here is how to connect it:

    1. Under Account settings, look for your profile info.
    2. Click Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
    3. Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft 365 subscription.
    4. Follow the remaining prompts to set up your PIN or password.
    5. Restart your PC

It usually takes a few minutes up to 24 hours for a newly linked Windows 11 PC to reflect on your online Microsoft Account dashboard. After a few minutes, check https://account.microsoft.com/devices to see if the PC appears.

If you already see your Microsoft account linked on both computers in Settings, but one PC still isn't showing up online, go to Settings > System > Activation. If Windows isn’t activated, follow the prompts to complete activation.

If the issue still persists, go to Settings > Accounts > Windows backup. Make sure Remember my preferences is toggled On so your device details sync automatically with your account.

Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance.
