You informed me that Microsoft 365 Family uses a personal Microsoft account, while Microsoft 365 Business uses a work or school account created inside the business subscription and that I have to migrate data when switching to a business account. In my case however, my family account appears to be connected to a work or school account. How to proceed?

Let's try to clarify the confusion. There are Microsoft Account (personal) and Work/School account. A bit confusing is that you can use work/school email address (email address is not the same as the account) to create and use Microsoft account. If you are using Personal Microsoft 365 services but also Business Microsoft 365 services, it can create some problems (system needs to know what account you want to use and sometimes it picks up the one you don't want to use at the moment). You can create a new email address and make it primary address for your personal Microsoft account.
