You can Turn off the feature from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.

The most recent update has made it impossible for me to print, even though my HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 is certified. I want to try turning off the Windows Protected Print Mode to see if that resolves the issue.
