    Hi thanksforfixing mycomputer,

The Netwtw14 Event ID 6062 warning is commonly associated with the Intel Wi‑Fi adapter resetting or recovering from a connection issue. While the event itself does not always identify the root cause, it can coincide with intermittent connectivity problems.

Since reinstalling the driver has already been attempted, you may want to try the following:

1, Install the latest Wi‑Fi driver from your PC manufacturer's support site (HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, etc.) rather than relying on Device Manager updates.

    2, Adjust wireless adapter settings

    • Open Device Manager > Network adapters > Intel Wi‑Fi adapter > Properties > Advanced
    • Set:
      • Preferred Band = 5 GHz (if available)
      • MIMO Power Save Mode = No SMPS
      • Roaming Aggressiveness = Medium-Low

3, Disable power saving for the adapter

    • In the adapter's Properties > Power Management
    • Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power

4, Temporarily disable VPN or network-filtering software - some cases have been linked to VPN, security, or network management software interfering with the network stack.

5, Test on another Wi‑Fi network or mobile hotspot to determine whether the issue is specific to the current network environment or the device itself.

If the issue continues, please share your Intel Wi‑Fi adapter model (for example, AX201, AX211, BE200) and your Windows version/build number (winver). That information can help narrow down the troubleshooting further.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.

Event 6062 is a for-your-information log entry to let you know that LSO (Large Send Offload) was triggered, which means that your network adapter is processing large data packets. By itself there's nothing particularly abnormal about that.

If you have reason to suspect that those packets are malicious, you could use a packet inspector like the well-known Wireshark to examine them.

If you think that your internet is bad - whatever that means - there is a long list of troubleshooting tests you can try to identify the cause of the problem.
