Redeem Points for Amazon Gift Card

I can't seem to redeem points for a AMAZON Gift card. I have more than enough points to redeem but the button is gray. See "On the go? You're previewing a catalog item that you're not eligible to redeem due to region or other restrictions."

It looks like other redemption options are available (Starbucks, Grubhub ....) But I don't want any of those.

I've tried it in Edge, on my phone in the Bing App and on Firefox.

With the new rewards redesign, I can't figure out how to see the last time I redeemed points, but I believe it was within the past 80 days. Given I can't redeem on 2 different browsers or on my phone, I can't see it being a cache issue.

Before when AMAZON Gift cards were out of stock it said something like not currently available. Is this currently the case?
