Repeated duplicate document request — escalate Artifact Signing identity validation

Vetting Operations has again requested original government-issued business registration documentation. I already supplied the requested formation/registration documents, and the latest response does not identify what specific document, field, or discrepancy remains unresolved.

Please escalate this case to the Artifact Signing identity-validation/vetting team for a manual review. Please identify:

Which previously supplied document was rejected.
The exact required field that Microsoft considers missing or mismatched.
Whether Microsoft’s record differs from the legal company name, address, registration number, or contact information supplied.

Repeatedly requesting the same documents without identifying the deficiency does not provide an actionable path to verification. There is no way for me to communicate with this team - the workflow is bad. This is a paid product so I should at least be able to enter in words into the approval ticket process. All I can do is upload more documents.

I was able to get this unblocked. The responses from the vetting team can be ambiguous, so I suggest some attention to ensuring their responses get mapped to the stuff submitted by the user. It isnt always simple to understand where we are missing or mismatching information.
