    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

Where do you see that your subscription is inactive? Please make sure you are logged in with your Microsoft account that has an active subscription.

Then, go to the subscription page of your account:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

Is your current subscription Nov 2025 to Nov 2026?

If yes, contact Microsoft Support here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us

Select the product > Get Home Support > Type billing > Sign in to Contact Support > Select the product and then click Chat with support agent in web browser.
