"Phone verification is currently not available" - Microsoft Rewards Redemption

Hi everyone,

I'm from Pakistan and I'm trying to redeem a Robux gift card using my Microsoft Rewards points. However, when I reach the verification step, it shows the message:

"Phone verification is currently not available."

Because of this, I can't receive a verification code via SMS or phone call, so I can't complete the redemption.

Is anyone else from Pakistan facing the same issue? Is there any way to fix this, or is it a Microsoft server/region issue?

I'm not from Pakistan, but I have also experienced the same issue. This issue has also been affecting users in other regions.

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds then try the phone number option to see if it works:

1. Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
2. Clearing the cache of your Bing app/browser.
3. Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
4. Using different devices and network services.

If the phone number verification still doesn't work, you can redeem your Microsoft Rewards points using a QR scanner and the Bing app on your phone instead.

Once you have them, please redeem your rewards by following the instructions under "Verify with the Bing app" > Scan the QR code to open the Bing app and proceed with the verification > Sign in to the Bing app on your phone and provide the 6-character codes from your Microsoft Rewards redeem page. > Once it's done, your redemption will be verified.

Kindly wait a few minutes to 24 hours for your order confirmation via email.
