Missing AI Skills Fest Voucher - Completed playlist & received Credly badge

Subject: Issue with AI Skills Fest Voucher - Playlist Completed & Credly Badge Received

Hello Microsoft Credentials Support Team,

I participated in the AI Skills Fest (June 2026) and successfully completed 100% of the required learning playlist. I received my official completion badge on Credly, but I haven't received my exam voucher code email from Pearson VUE.

I am a Cloud / Software Engineering student at ESPRIT Tunisia, and earning this Microsoft Certification is extremely important for my academic curriculum and career progression in Cloud & AI engineering. I am highly motivated to sit for and pass this exam!

Unfortunately, I was not aware of the separate claim form on AI Skills Navigator before the June 12 deadline, as I assumed completing the playlist and receiving the Credly badge was the only requirement.

Since the deadline to schedule the exam is August 18, 2026, could you please manually verify my completion via my Credly badge and confirmation email, and issue my voucher code?
