Outlook will not download or send email, webmail works fine

Outlook 10 worked fine until Feb 22 2026 then even though we have the correct settings for pop and smtp, and correct password, mail reception and delivery does not work

    Please reply with these details:

    • Are you using Outlook 2010, or did you mean Outlook for Microsoft 365 / Outlook 2021 / Outlook 2024?
    • What exact Send/Receive error message or error code appears?
    • Who hosts the mailbox, such as ISP, web host, cPanel, GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Gmail, or another provider?
    • Does the same POP/SMTP account work in another current mail app?
    • Is the account using a PST file for delivery?
