    Hi

Open the iPhone Calendar app and tap the unwanted event. Select Report Junk, then Delete and Report Junk.

If many spam entries belong to the same calendar, tap Calendars at the bottom, tap the information icon next to the unknown calendar, then choose Unsubscribe or Delete Calendar.

If the entries return, sign in to Outlook on the web at https://outlook.live.com/calendar/ and delete them there, since they may be syncing from your Outlook account. Also report the original invitation email in Outlook by selecting it, tapping the three dots, then Report Junk or Phishing.

Do not open any links or call phone numbers shown in the spam events.
