You didn't specify what type of account you are using.

Teams Free, also called Teams personal, does not provide a telephone dial-in number or conference ID for meetings you organize, even when the personal account has a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription. Audio/video by default is available for meetings you create.

Dial-in conferencing requires a Teams work or school account with Audio Conferencing enabled through an eligible business or enterprise license.

If you are on Teams free, kindly take note that there will be limitations with it.

• Up to 100 participants per meeting.​
• 5 GB of cloud storage per user.​

• Data encryption for meetings, chats, calls, and files.​

If you have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family subscription, will get feature extra features in Teams for home. These include: ​

• Unlimited group calls and meetings for up to 30 hours.​
• Up to 300 participants per meeting.​
• 1 TB of cloud storage per user.​
