I am having problems printing an email. A week ago, I was able to print; but, now I cannot print.

    Which email provider do you use? New Outlook, Outlook Web (browser), Outlook Classic, Outlook Mobile, or Thunderbird?

    Are you able to print documents normally?

    What exact error do you get when trying to print? Or does the print screen simply not open?

    How do you try to print (by clicking a print button or using a keyboard shortcut)?
