My certification exam was canceled by the test center, and I would like to know when I will be able to reschedule my exam.
Could you also clarify what will happen to my exam payment? Will the original payment be transferred to the new appointment, or will I need to make a new payment? If a refund or voucher will be issued, please let me know the expected timeline.
