Unable to log into my Microsoft accounts

Question

I was logged out of my Microsoft accounts around the same time I performed a PC upgrade. It keeps telling me the following info:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please Try this:
Open Services using services.msc command.

Locate Microsoft Account sign-in Assistant Service and make sure it is Running, and have Automatic startup type.
