My laptop crashed . I have a new laptop and am trying to login to onedrive but I forgot my password

Are you getting any specific error message when you try to sign in?

Go to the Microsoft sign-in page or OneDrive login screen

Enter your email address and click Next

Select “Forgot password?” or “Can’t access your account?”

Choose how you’d like to receive the verification code (email or text)

Enter the code and create a new password

If you’re using a work or school account, you may need to contact your organization’s IT admin to reset your password.
