Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Nayada Maneechot,
I’m sorry to hear about these unexpected charges, and I understand your concern, especially since you did not authorize the transactions.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
Since you have already contacted Kasikornbank and blocked the card, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft payment management page using any Microsoft accounts you may have used, and select Investigate to check the charges.
- Review your Microsoft order history and Services & subscriptions for any related purchases or recurring subscriptions.
- If you find a subscription, select Manage and then cancel it or turn off recurring billing to prevent future charges.
- If you cannot locate the transactions, contact Microsoft Support
- Select Show expanded list of products
- Choose Office > Get Home support
- Type live chat in the search box, then select Get Help > Contact Support
- If you can’t sign in to the affected account, you may sign in with a different Microsoft account to access support options
- Under Products & Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Account Profile Question, then choose Chat with a support agent via web browser
Thank you for your understanding.
