How to get my bitlockey if my device automatically set it up

Hello am Leo and I use a laptop that is not connected to Microsoft and I was logged into the device and using it for almost a year now but suddenly one day I turned it on and it was asking me for a bitlockrecovery key of course I didn’t know what that was and searched it up and so I went to look at my Microsoft account but my laptop was in registered devices so I wanted to ask is there any other way to fix this??
