How to change admin email on my windows 10?

I cant change my admin account email due to it being hacked over minecraft a while back. The microsoft account for that email has been taken and I no longer have access to that Microsoft account anymore. I was finally gonna activate windows after years of not doing so, but I dont think I can or should due to that account being hacked, what should I do?

Hello,

Follow the steps:

1. Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info
2. Click the link Sign in with a Local Account instead
3. Enter your information

Sign in then do this:

1. Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info
2. Click the link Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead
3. Enter your information with new Microsoft account

Your email address is changed now.
