Outlook will not open on this device (laptop Windows 11) but opens on our desktop computer which is Windows 10. it came up with "Outlook not responding" . It froze last night when I was trying to delete messages and move a folder

    Hi! Let me help you.

    Please restart your machine. If it has been done, follow the steps below;

    If Outlook will not open at all when clicking on it, please try to open it in Safe Mode.

    Press Win + R, type outlook /safe, and hit Enter

    If it opens fine in safe mode, the problem is likely an add-in. Go to File → Options → Add-ins → Manage: COM Add-ins → Go, then disable them one by one to find the culprit.
