    Hi, Donna Fairlamb

A cloud icon usually means the files are being shown through OneDrive or another cloud app. Their appearance does not prove they belong to your husband. The phone may be signed into his account, a shared account, or showing files someone shared with you.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Open the cloud or OneDrive app, select the profile picture, and check the email address currently signed in. Also check the Shared section and open a file’s Details or Manage access option to see who owns or shared it.

Do not delete the files yet, as deleting synced files may remove them from the owner’s cloud storage too. If the account shown is not yours, select Profile picture > Settings > the account > Sign out. Signing out does not delete the cloud files, although files saved offline may remain on the phone. Remove a OneDrive account

If the account is yours but you do not recognize the files, review your Microsoft account activity, then change the password if any sign-in looks unfamiliar.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
