A video editing tool developed by Microsoft, designed to make video creation easy and accessible for everyone.
Hi jacky Perpète,
I understand that duplicating the entire project, deleting the unnecessary content, and then exporting and importing the required sequence into another project can be cumbersome.
Currently, Clipchamp supports copying and pasting one or multiple items within the timeline of the same project. However, copying a timeline sequence or an item from Your Media directly from one project to another has not been mentioned.
For now, you can continue using the workaround of exporting the required sequence and importing the exported video into the second project. Alternatively, you can duplicate the entire project and edit the copy, although this does not merge the content into an existing project.
This would certainly be a useful feature. I recommend submitting or voting for this suggestion through the Clipchamp Feedback Portal, where it can be reviewed by the Clipchamp product team.
