Unable to Access My Microsoft Office 2024 Purchase – Subscription Page Keeps Reloading

I purchased a one-time license for Microsoft Office 2024 and recently bought a new laptop. I'm trying to install Office on my new device, but I've run into an issue that makes it impossible to access my purchase.

Whenever I go to the subscriptions page in my Microsoft account to download Office, the page continuously reloads. This happens every single time. I've also tried using a different browser and even a completely different device, but the exact same issue occurs.

At this point, I can't access or download software that I've already paid for. It's incredibly frustrating because it feels like I'm being pushed toward purchasing Microsoft 365 instead of being able to use the perpetual Office 2024 license that I legitimately own.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to access my Office 2024 download without relying on the subscriptions page, or is there a fix for the endless reloading?

I would appreciate any help from the community or Microsoft support. I simply want to download and use the product that I already purchased.

Sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing. From what you described, I understand that you recently purchased a one-time Office 2024 license, but after moving to a new laptop, the Services & subscriptions page keeps reloading, preventing you from accessing and downloading your purchase even after trying different browsers and devices.

As a workaround, you can try downloading it from the Microsoft 365 Apps page. Although the portal is branded Microsoft 365, Microsoft’s official Office 2024 installation instructions direct customers to this page. This does not mean that you need to purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription.

1. Sign in with the same personal Microsoft account associated with your Office 2024 purchase.
2. Select Install apps, and then Install.
3. Run the downloaded installer.
4. Open Word or Excel after installation and follow the activation prompts. If prompted to sign in, use the same account associated with Office 2024.
