I have a MS Office 365 professional plus lifetime activation which started 1 year ago. It seems to have timed out and i can't log back in as it says I don't have a subscription. How do I get back in?

    Hi,

I’d like to clarify that Professional Plus is a volume license edition, which is intended for organizations rather than individual use. These licenses are usually managed by a company and assigned to employees through their IT department.

If the license was purchased from a third-party seller, there is a possibility that it was resold outside of Microsoft’s licensing terms. In such cases, the license may:

    Not activate properly

    Reach its activation limit

    Or stop working unexpectedly

Since these are organization-managed licenses, end users do not have control over activation limits or renewals.

If this license was provided by your organization, I recommend contacting your IT department so they can request an activation limit increase from Microsoft.

If you purchased it personally, it’s best to reach out to the seller for clarification or a refund, as this type of license is not intended for individual retail use.

To avoid this issue in the future, I recommend purchasing directly from Microsoft or an authorized retailer to ensure proper activation and full support.
