Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi,
Sign out of your account, then sign back in. After that, open an InPrivate window (Ctrl + Shift + N) in your browser and try processing the payment again.
If the issue persists, it may be caused by a region mismatch. If your bank has confirmed that there are no issues with your credit card, please ensure that the country or region on your Microsoft account matches the country or region associated with your payment method and billing address. A mismatch between these details can cause payments to be declined.
You can review and update your account information here: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/change-your-country-or-region-in-microsoft-store-5895e006-34f4-10f7-16b1-999e40adb048
Then follow the steps in the article below to update your Microsoft account payment method: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/update-a-microsoft-account-payment-method-2ca44141-c10d-a693-7ea6-3a22f5213283
If the issue persists after trying all of the steps above, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as they have access to the necessary tools and resources to investigate payment-related issues further.
