Hello, I was at Best Buy and they were trying to assist me, but we accidentally purchased the wrong Microsoft 365 business. I am trying to request a refund. I have multiple Microsoft 365 accounts and the one where my receipt was sent to is telling me I don’t have any subscriptions. the Authenticator for the account I thought it was connected to is trying to connect to a separate account and it’s just very messy and just want a refund so I can delete everything and start completely all over. I need to talk With someone

    Hello Courtney DeFries,

Thank you for explaining the situation. I understand that you have multiple Microsoft 365 accounts and are currently unsure which account is associated with the purchase.

To help me better understand the order and determine the appropriate support path, could you please confirm the exact name of the Microsoft 365 product or subscription that was purchased?

Could you also check whether the receipt lists Best Buy or Microsoft as the seller/merchant? If the purchase was made directly through Best Buy, the refund request would normally need to be handled by Best Buy first, as the third-party seller’s return and refund policy applies rather than Microsoft Store’s direct refund policy.

If possible, could you also share a screenshot of the receipt or order confirmation through Private Message? Since the receipt may contain personal, account, or payment information, please do not post it publicly in this thread.

I have sent you a Private Message. Please click “View Messages” and reply to me there with the requested information. Before sharing the screenshot, please hide any full card number, security code, password, verification code, or other sensitive financial information.

Please avoid deleting any accounts or tenants while the purchase is being reviewed, as the account and order details may still be needed to identify the subscription and assist with the refund request.

    Kind regards,
