site not responding while trying to reedem a product key

hello, i'm trying to use a product key for office 2024 and at first the site told me unexpected error, so i retried to imput it and now it gives me the test retry later tomanyattemps, so i retried 3 hours later and still nothing, is there any way to install office directly and then put in the key or to contact someone real to help with this problem?
