I will help you with this. I'm going to run through a few steps with you. Some of these are diagnostic — they help me narrow down what's wrong, not fix it outright. So if nothing changes after a step, that's normal and expected, not a dead end. I'll keep going until we've got this resolved.
- May I know about what the code is? It may be a diagnostic code which may help.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer.
- Click Printer properties (or Manage > Printer properties, depending on your Windows version).
- On the General tab, click Print Test Page.
- Does Test page Print properly?
