    If you purchased Office Home 2024 directly from Microsoft, sign in with the account used for the purchase and check your order here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Open the Office order and select “Cancel item” or “Request a return” if available.

    If it was purchased from another retailer, such as Amazon or Best Buy, the refund must be requested from that retailer.
