Please sign in to OneDrive Web https://onedrive.live.com and check "My files".
If the photos and videos are visible there but not under "Photos", open "Photos". Select the arrow beside "Show folders from", then choose "All folders".
Also, try opening OneDrive Web in an InPrivate or incognito window.
- Are all photos and videos missing, or only some?
- Are they visible under "My files"?
- How were they uploaded: camera backup, Samsung Gallery sync, or manually?
- Which browser and device are you using?
