    Hello

An annual and monthly subscriptions are basically treated as two separate subscriptions.

Do you know which one you want to cancel?

If it was signed up directly from Microsoft, Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

If it was signed up from a third party service, such as Apple, or Google Play, you will need to cancel via their account on their sites.
