Charge to my VISA by Microsoft without my approval

I'm investigating a charge for HEVC Video Extensions Purchased in september 2025. $699 charged to my VISA end in 8967

I do not even know what HEVC means and do not remember to use it. May me I activated trying to whatch a saved old video, but I would never pay that for that purpose. Would you clear this for mi please

If you haven't already:

Sign in to the Microsoft account used on the computer. Open https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders adjust timeline at the top right, and select September 2025. Check whether the purchase appears there. Microsoft also provides an "Investigate" option under "Manage your payments" for unrecognized charges.

1. What is the exact amount and currency shown?
2. What is the exact description on the Visa statement?
3. Does the purchase appear in your Microsoft order history?
