Unable to recover Microsoft account because recovery Gmail was permanently deleted

My Microsoft account uses a Gmail address as the username. The Gmail account has been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. I still know my Microsoft account password, but I cannot complete verification because the recovery email no longer exists.

I submitted the Microsoft Account Recovery Form, but it was rejected and my account has now been blocked pending verification.

The Microsoft Sign-in Helper also fails with "Account check failed."

Is there any official process to verify my identity and update my security information when the recovery email no longer exists?

i have all my certifications linked to it

    Hi koushik veldanda

    Please try the steps below:

    1) Try replacing the lost security information if you still know the password

Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and sign in with the affected Microsoft account. When asked to verify your identity, select I don’t have any of these, then follow the prompts to replace your security information. If all security information is replaced, there is a 30-day waiting period before you can fully use the new security information.

    2) If the account is locked, follow the unlock or reinstatement flow shown during sign-in

    Try signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/.

If Microsoft offers an unlock option, use the security code flow.

If you do not see a Next option and the page shows a link beginning with aka.ms/, use that link and submit the reinstatement form shown there.

    3) Re-submit the Microsoft Account Recovery Form with stronger account evidence

Since the first recovery form was rejected, you can try again.

    When submitting the form:

    • Use a working email address that you can access.
    • Complete the form from a device and location you previously used with the account, if possible.
    • Include as much accurate information as you can, such as:
      • Old passwords
      • Microsoft services used with the account
      • Outlook or Hotmail contacts
      • Exact email subject lines, if applicable
      • Skype details
      • Xbox details
      • Purchase details
      • Any other account history

    4) Contact Microsoft Support

Since your certifications are linked to the account, you can contact Microsoft Credentials Support and explain that you cannot access the Microsoft account connected to your Learn profile.

However, Credentials Support cannot recover personal Microsoft accounts and cannot transfer or restore Learn profile contents if the profile cannot be accessed.

For account recovery please reach out to:

    • Type a brief description of your issue in the search box
    • Scroll down to the bottom > select Sign in to contact support
    • Log in to another available personal Microsoft account.
    • Under Products & Services, select "Other Products"; Under Categories, select "Manage account security", and click Confirm.
    • Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" (during business hours)

Thank you for understanding. Have a nice day !
