If you haven't tried anything yet, please check whether the printer works from another app, such as Notepad or a web browser. This will help confirm whether the issue is with Office or Windows.

1. Which Office app are you printing from, such as Word or Excel?
2. Does the printer appear under "File" > "Print"?
3. What happens when you try to print? Please include the exact error message.
4. Press Windows + R type winver and share the Windows version shown.
