    Hi kaleb

It sounds like you may be signing in with a different Microsoft account than the one originally associated with your Xbox profile. If account recovery keeps returning another profile, that could means the recovery process is finding a different Microsoft account tied to the recovery information provided.

    Try these steps:

    1. Sign out of all Microsoft accounts and check which email address is currently signed in at https://account.microsoft.com.
    2. If you remember any previous email addresses that may have been linked to your account, try signing in with those instead.
    3. Check your purchase receipts to see which Microsoft account email received them.

If you still can't locate the correct account, you'll need to contact Xbox Support so they can review the account recovery options available: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. Since this is a public forum, no one here can check what's running behind the scene with your account, only official support can.

Hope you'll get this sorted out!
