I have a Case # that has not been fully addressed

I cannot seem to use my old Outlook Classic which use to have a handy "business card" type view that I would use to store CONTACTS and other peoples info...
Often I would simply list them by their COMPANY Name and NOT their indiviual names.
The new version of Outlook seesm to have done away with the ability to add or search for people solely by their

Company Name Vs having a FIRST or LAST name

Example: I might add the COMPANY; Fidelity National Title
(with NO immediate contact from them as they have offices all over the country)

and then within the NOTES section of my old version of Outlook I would add who the current manager was, perhaps

some other staff personal and info about them, etc.
THE New version of MS Outlook now seeme to limit your ability to

This is Shortshighted and frustrating!

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Why not revert back to classic Outlook? You can get it in the Microsoft store. https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/xp9mhd8pgh9n47
