    Hi Devika Thaiparambil Jayakumar

To better understand your situation, could you please share some information:

    • Are you receiving any error message when trying to sign in? If so, please share the exact wording (excluding any personal information).
    • Are you signing in with a school/education account?
    • Have you previously been able to access Microsoft Elevate for Educators with this account?
    • Does the issue occur across multiple browsers or devices?

As an initial troubleshooting step, please try:

    • Opening an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and signing in again.
    • Verifying whether you can successfully sign in to other Microsoft services, such as Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Learn, using the same education account.
    • Trying a different browser or device to determine whether the issue is environment-specific.

Microsoft Elevate for Educators uses Microsoft account authentication through its sign-in portal.

If you can sign in to other Microsoft services but cannot access Microsoft Elevate for Educators, please contact your school's IT administrator. They can verify whether there are any account, licensing, tenant, or access restrictions that may be affecting your sign-in.

If you are unable to sign in to any Microsoft service with your education account, your IT administrator can also help verify the account status and any organization-managed authentication settings.

I hope this information helps and look forward to your response!
