    Hi Michael Erwin

You may be able to cancel the business subscription and review any available refund options. Microsoft's business subscription cancellation policy varies depending on how and when the subscription was purchased.

Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

If you can access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, sign in with the account that purchased the subscription and check Billing > Your products to see whether a Cancel subscription option is available. Recently purchased or renewed subscriptions may qualify for cancellation and possible prorated credit/refund, depending on the billing agreement.

If the subscription was purchased through a third party or if you are unsure which account was used, it would be best to contact Microsoft Support directly so they can review the subscription details and available billing options.

To contact to Microsoft support team, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Click Help & Support
