I have an old MAC and the iOS is Ventura 13.7.8 and can't install Microsoft 365

I just purchased the Microsoft 365 Family software and as I am trying to run the installer, it will not let me install because the iOS I have needs to be upgraded but I can't upgrade because my computer is old.

Can you please help me figure out how to overcome this? if not, could I cancel the purchase and get full refund?

Thanks

Microsoft 365 can run on macOS Ventura 13 only by using an older Office version.

Microsoft ended support for Ventura with Office version 16.101, released in September 2025. Newer Microsoft 365 installations and updates require macOS Sonoma 14 or later.

Uninstall your current Ms365, then downgrade to version 16.101 by using this installer.
