Locked out of Power Automate because of Authenticator App Code

Why did Microsoft make it so difficult for people to reset their MFA or at least get in touch with a human to assist? This is crazy. I had to reinstall windows and now when I try to log in to Power Automate it's prompting me for a code on my Authenticator App which is not coming. Any alternate options that I click takes me back to prompting for something on the Authenticator app. So many people have posted about the same issue and still no resolution. It allows you to reset your password using your backup email. And then when you use the new password it again prompts for Authenticator code. Then when you call the support number you get a bot that refuses to make you speak to a human. It instead refers you to aka.ms/prossupport which prompts you for authenticator code again. Brilliant. This is really frustrating.

    Dear @Den Ba,

I want to begin by sincerely apologizing for the frustration and inconvenience this issue has caused you.

Based on your description, I understand that you are having issue with the Authenticator app. For better assist, please let me know:

    1. May I please confirm if you are using Microsoft 365 business account (such as ******@companydomain.com), Microsoft Personal account (such as Outlook.com, live.com or hotmail.com)?
    2. If you are using business/school account, so are you an admin or end user?

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thanks for your precious time. I am looking forward to your response!
