"bing is not available in ur region"

iv been using microsoft rewards for a very long time now, over 2 years probably, and this time when i tried to redeem a reward, it tells me to scan a qr code on my phone on the bing app, but when i scan the qr code thats when it says "microsoft rewards is not available in this country or region" when it literally is and iv been using it for decades, what can i do to fix this

hello sir, i am located in morocco and iv been using microsoft rewards for a pretty long time, this is the first time it has happened to me, and no i did check if i was using a vpn and i wasnt, i tried to scan the qr code on 2 different phones and both had the same results

Which country are you currently located in, and do your Microsoft account region and phone app-store region match it? Also, are you using any VPN, proxy, or private relay?

Since the message appears specifically after the QR code opens in the Bing app, those details would help distinguish an app-region mismatch from an account-side Rewards restriction. If everything matches, Microsoft Rewards Support would need to review the account.
