I have just bought a new laptop and want to access my full Office suite of products on both my new and old laptops. I will be the only user.

My old machine will not connect to my monitor which is why i have replaced it, but it will still be useful to have when i am away from my office.

I want to have the same data and email access on both devices.

Is this possible?

    Hello

    Do you have the subscription?

If so, please go to https://www.office.comSign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on the 9-dot icon on the upper left > More apps. Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then. https://support.microsoft.com/office/download-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-or-office-2024-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658

As for data, that depends. If it was synced to OneDrive it should sync on your new computer. Otherwise they still in the old laptop.

Regarding email, I think you mean in the Outlook app right? If so you have to set it up on the new computer. It does not automatically set itself up.
