stuck in puzzles to proof that I am a human

Hi,

Can someone help me to go through this puzzles system to proof that I am a human?

I purchased a new MacBook Neo 2 days ago together with my product key for Microsoft Office as well. I did try to follow all the information provided by the internet plus Microsoft support as well but still it did not go through. I solved all the puzzles and press saved but it did not go through as well. if someone can help that would be amazing. thanks

May I know which edition of Microsoft Office you purchased? For example, do you have a product key for Office Home 2024, Office 365 (1-year subscription), or a different edition?

You are redeeming the product key from the official Microsoft website, correct?

• Open this link in an incognito tab (OR) use a different browser like Edge or Chrome.
• Copy and paste this link in a private browsing tab.
• Click 'Get started' and then enter your 25-character product key.
• Enter the Microsoft account you want to register the product with.

See if you can successfully redeem the Product key into your account. If it is successful, you should see the license under your Microsoft account here on the Services & Subscriptions page-
