I have not been able to reschedule my PL-300 certification exam

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will be unable to take my PL-300 exam as earlier scheduled for 8th August 2026.

I have tried the rescheduling process countless times but could not find the reschedule button on my page.

Kindly assist me with this please.

    The exam appointment should be visible on your Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

    The reschedule button should be next to the appointment e.g.
